Background:

Fanconi anemia group A protein (FANCA) is a DNA repair protein that may operate in a postreplication repair or a cell cycle checkpoint function. FANCA may be involved in interstrand DNA cross-link repair and in the maintenance of normal chromosome stability.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human FANCA. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
