R0587-1 - GITR (N1) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted | Observed MW: 25 kDa Uniprot ID: O35714 Background: Glucocorticoid-induced TNFR-related protein (GITR) is also known as Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 18 (TNFRSF18), which is a receptor for TNFSF18. GITR seems to be involved in interactions between activated T-lymphocytes and endothelial cells and in the regulation of T-cell receptor-mediated cell death. GITR mediates NF-kappa-B activation via the TRAF2/NIK pathway. Other Names: Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 18, Glucocorticoid-induced TNFR-related protein, CD357, Tnfrsf18 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of mouse GITR. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:500-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extractsfrom A) mouse thymus, B) human HeLa, C) human Jurket, using anti-GITR (N1) (R0587-1) at RT for 2 h. |
