R3041-1 - LTN1 (N) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 201 kDa Uniprot ID: O94822 Background: E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase listerin (LTN1) is an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase belonging to the LTN1 family. E3 ubiquitin ligases accept ubiquitin from an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme in the form of a thioester and then directly transfer the ubiquitin to targeted substrates. Other Names: E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase listerin, RING finger protein 160, Zinc finger protein 294, C21orf10, C21orf98, KIAA0714, RNF160, ZNF294 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human LTN1. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:500-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extractsfrom mouse thymus, using anti-LTN1 (N) (R3041-1) at RT for 2 h. |
