R3182-1 - NSMF (M) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 60 kDa Uniprot ID: Q6X4W1 Background: NMDA receptor synaptonuclear signaling and neuronal migration factor (NSMF) is a peripheral membrane protein belonging to the NSMF family. NSMF couples NMDA-sensitive glutamate receptor signaling to the nucleus and triggers long-lasting changes in the cytoarchitecture of dendrites and spine synapse processes. NSMF is part of the cAMP response element-binding protein (CREB) shut-off signaling pathway. NSMF stimulates outgrowth of olfactory axons and migration of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) and luteinizing-hormone-releasing hormone (LHRH) neuronal cells. Other Names: NMDA receptor synaptonuclear signaling and neuronal migration factor, Nasal embryonic luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone factor, Nasal embryonic LHRH factor, NELF Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the middle region of human NSMF. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:500-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: from A) mouse thymus, B) human Hela, C) human Jurkat; using anti-NSMF (M) (R3182-1) at RT for 2 h. |
