Quantity: 50 ul WT and 50 ul ROS1 mutant extracts

Product Description:

Protein extracts were prepared from wild type (WT, Columbia) or ROS1-knockdown mutant (Stock#: SALK_064264C, promoter T-DNA insertion) leaves. Plant tissues were ground to fine powders and mixed with 4 x SDS sample buffer. This product can be used as controls for Western blot analysis of ROS1 (At2g36490) protein (Uniprot ID: Q9SJQ6).

Storage Condition:

Keep at -20°C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt.

Usage Instruction: 

For Western blot analysis, incubate protein extracts at 90°C for 5 min and load 10 ul of each extract per lane.
