Quantity: 50 ul WT and 50 ul CCA1 mutant extracts

Product Description:

Protein extracts were prepared from wild type (WT, Columbia) or CCA1-deficient mutant (cca1-1) arabidopsis leaves harvested 1 hr post light stimulation under the long-day photoperiod (LD) condition. Plant tissues were ground to fine powders and mixed with 4 x SDS sample buffer. This product can be used as controls for Western blot analysis of CCA1 (At2g46830) protein (Uniprot ID: P92973).

Storage Condition:

Keep at -20°C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt.

Usage Instruction: 

For Western blot analysis, incubate protein extracts at 90°C for 5 min and load 10 ul of each extract per lane.
