R1166-2 - NR2C2 (M) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 65 kDa Uniprot ID: P49116 Background: Members of the nuclear hormone receptor family, such as NR2C2, act as ligand-activated transcription factors. The NR2C2 protein has an N-terminal transactivation domain, a central DNA-binding domain with 2 zinc fingers, and a C-terminal ligand-binding domain. The activated receptor/ligand complex is translocated to the nucleus where it binds to hormone response elements of target genes. Other Names: Orphan nuclear receptor TAK1, Orphan nuclear receptor TR4, Testicular receptor 4, TAK1, TR4 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the middle region of human NR2C2. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extracts from A, D) mousethymus; B, E) human HeLa; C) human Jurkat; using 2 independent Abs against 2 distinct regions of human NR2C2 at RT for 2 h. |
