R1937-1 - TRIP4 (N) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 66 kDa Uniprot ID: Q15650 Background: Thyroid receptor-interacting protein 4 (TRIP4) is a transcriptional co-activator of nuclear receptors, which functions in conjunction with CBP-p300 and SRC-1 and may play an important role in establishing distinct co-activator complexes under different cellular conditions. TRIP4 plays a pivotal role in the transactivation of NF-kappa-B, SRF and AP1. TRIP4 also acts as a mediator of transrepression between nuclear receptor and either AP1 or NF-kappa-B. Other Names: HsT17391, TRIP-4, TR-interacting protein 4, Thyroid receptor-interacting protein 4, Activating signal cointegrator 1, ASC-1 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human TRIP4. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extracts from A) mousebrain, B) mouse thymus; C) human HeLa; D, E) human Jurkat; using 2 independent Abs against 2 distinct regions of human TRIP4 at RT for 2 h. |
