R0752-3 - CSF1R (N3) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 108 I 150 kDa Uniprot ID: P07333 Background: Colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor (CSF1R) is the receptor for colony stimulating factor 1 (CSF1), a cytokine that controls the production, differentiation, and function of macrophages. CSF1R is a tyrosine kinase transmembrane receptor and member of the CSF1/PDGF receptor family of tyrosine-protein kinases. CSF1R mediates most if not all of the biological effects of CSF1. Ligand binding activates the receptor kinase through a process of oligomerization and transphosphorylation. Mutations in the CSF1R gene have been associated with a predisposition to myeloid malignancy. Other Names: Macrophage colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor, CSF-1 receptor, CSF-1-R, CSF-1R, M-CSF-R, Proto-oncogene c-Fms, CD115, C-FMS, CD115, CSFR, FMS Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human CSF1R. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: A) mouse thymus, B) human Jurkat; using anti-CSF1R (N3) (R0752-3) at RT for 2 h. |
