Background:

Protein polybromo-1 is a subunit of ATP-dependent chromatin-remodeling complexes. PBRM1 has been identified as in integral component of complexes necessary for ligand-dependent transcriptional activation by nuclear hormone receptors. Mutations at this locus have been associated with primary clear cell renal cell carcinoma.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human PBRM1. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
