R2453-1 - ITPR1 (N) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 314 kDa Uniprot ID: Q14643 Background: Inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptor type 1 (ITPR1) is a multi-pass membrane protein located in endoplasmic reticulum (ER) membrane. ITPR1 is an intracellular channel that mediates calcium release from the ER following stimulation by inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate. ITPR1 plays a role in ER stress-induced apoptosis. Cytoplasmic calcium released from the ER triggers apoptosis by the activation of CaM kinase II, eventually leading to the activation of downstream apoptosis pathways. Other Names: Inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptor type 1, IP3 receptor isoform 1, IP3R 1, InsP3R1, Type 1 inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptor, Type 1 InsP3 receptor, INSP3R1 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human ITPR1. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:500-1:2,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: A) mouse brain; B) human HeLa; using anti-ITPR1 (N) (R2453-1) at RT for 2 h. |
