R2591-1 - HIF2A (N) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 96 I 120 kDa Uniprot ID: Q99814 Background: Hypoxia-inducible factor 2-alpha (HIF2A) is a transcription factor involved in the induction of genes regulated by oxygen, which is induced as oxygen levels fall. HIF2A contains a basic-helix-loop-helix domain protein dimerization domain as well as a domain found in proteins in signal transduction pathways which respond to oxygen levels. Mutations in the HIF2A gene are associated with erythrocytosis familial type 4. Other Names: Endothelial PAS domain-containing protein 1, EPAS-1, Basic-helix-loop-helix-PAS protein MOP2, Class E basic helix-loop-helix protein 73, bHLHe73, HIF-1-alpha-like factor, HLF, Hypoxia-inducible factor 2-alpha, HIF-2-alpha, HIF2-alpha, Member of PAS protein 2, PAS domain-containing protein 2 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human HIF2A. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human Tested Applications: WB: 1:500-1:2,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: from human Jurkat, using anti-HIF2A (N) (R2591-1) at RT for 2 h. |
