Background:

E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase NRDP1 (RNF41) acts as E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase and regulates the degradation of target proteins. RNF41 polyubiquitinates MYD88 and negatively regulates MYD88-dependent production of proinflammatory cytokines but can promote TRIF-dependent production of type I interferon. RNF41 also promotes also activation of TBK1 and IRF3.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human RNF41. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
