R1087-3 - APOBEC1 (N3) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 28 I 34 kDa Uniprot ID: P41238 Background: C->U-editing enzyme APOBEC-1 belongs to the cytidine and deoxycytidylate deaminase family. APOBEC1 is a catalytic component of the apolipoprotein B mRNA editing enzyme complex which is responsible for the postranscriptional editing of a CAA codon for Gln to a UAA codon for stop in the APOB mRNA. APOBEC1 is also involved in CGA (Arg) to UGA (Stop) editing in the NF1 mRNA. Other Names: C->U-editing enzyme APOBEC-1, Apolipoprotein B mRNA-editing enzyme 1, HEPR Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human APOBEC1. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications.
