Background:

Dual specificity protein phosphatase 14 (DUSP14) belongs to the protein-tyrosine phosphatase family as well as the Non-receptor class dual specificity subfamily. DUSP14 is in the inactivation of MAP kinases. Additionally, DUSP14 dephosphorylates ERK, JNK and p38 MAP-kinases.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human DUSP14. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
