R2007-2 - DUSP14 (C) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 22 kDa Uniprot ID: O95147 Background: Dual specificity protein phosphatase 14 (DUSP14) belongs to the protein-tyrosine phosphatase family as well as the Non-receptor class dual specificity subfamily. DUSP14 is in the inactivation of MAP kinases. Additionally, DUSP14 dephosphorylates ERK, JNK and p38 MAP-kinases. Other Names: Dual specificity protein phosphatase 14, MKP6, MKP-1-like protein tyrosine phosphatase, MKP-L, Mitogen-activated protein kinase phosphatase 6, MAP kinase phosphatase 6, MKP-6 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human DUSP14. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: A) mouse brain; B) mouse thymus; C) human HeLa; D) human Jurkat; using anti-DUSP14 (C) (R2007-2)at RT for 2 h. |
