R2223-2 - TCF3 (C) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 68 I 80 kDa Uniprot ID: P15923 Background: Transcription factor E2-alpha (TCF3) is a transcriptional regulator involved in the initiation of neuronal differentiation. Heterodimers between TCF3 and tissue-specific basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) proteins play major roles in determining tissue-specific cell fate during embryogenesis, such as muscle or early B-cell differentiation. Other Names: Transcription factor E2-alpha, BHLHB21, E2A, ITF1, Class B basic helix-loop-helix protein 21, bHLHb21, Immunoglobulin enhancer-binding factor E12/E47, Immunoglobulin transcription factor 1, Kappa-E2-binding factor, Transcription factor 3, TCF-3, Transcription factor ITF-1 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human TCF3. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extractsfrom A) mouse brain; B) mouse thymus; using anti-TCF3 (C) (R2223-2)at RT for 2 h. |
