Background:

TGF-beta-activated kinase 1 and MAP3K7-binding protein 3 (TAB3) is an adapter linking MAP3K7/TAK1 and TRAF6 or TRAF2. TAB3 is a mediator of MAP3K7 activation, respectively in the IL1 and TNF signaling pathways. Furthermore, TAB3 plays a role in activation of NF-kappa-B and AP1 transcription factor.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human TAB3. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:

Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN₃. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt.
