R2307-2 - TAB3 (C) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 79 kDa Uniprot ID: Q8N5C8 Background: TGF-beta-activated kinase 1 and MAP3K7-binding protein 3 (TAB3) is an adapter linking MAP3K7/TAK1 and TRAF6 or TRAF2. TAB3 is a mediator of MAP3K7 activation, respectively in the IL1 and TNF signaling pathways. Furthermore, TAB3 plays a role in activation of NF-kappa-B and AP1 transcription factor. Other Names: TGF-beta-activated kinase 1 and MAP3K7-binding protein 3, MAP3K7IP3, Mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 7-interacting protein 3, NF-kappa-B-activating protein 1, TAK1-binding protein 3, TAB-3, TGF-beta-activated kinase 1-binding protein 3 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human TAB3. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extractsfrom A) mouse thymus; B) human HeLa; C) human Jurkat; using anti-TAB3 (C) (R2307-2) at RT for 2 h. |
