Background:

Jasmonate ZIM domain-containing protein 1 (JAZ1) is a repressor of jasmonate responses negatively regulated by the proteasome in an SCF(COI1) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex-dependent manner. Jasmonoyl-isoleucine (JA-Ile) specifically promotes COI1-JAZ1 interaction. JAZ1 interacts with COI1 and inositol pentakisphosphate to form a high-affinity jasmonates co-receptor.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the middle region of arabidopsis thaliana JAZ1 (At1g19180). Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:

Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt.
