R2025-1 - TCF20 (N) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 212 kDa Uniprot ID: Q9UGU0 Background: Transcription factor 20 (TCF20) is a transcription factor that recognizes the platelet-derived growth factor-responsive element in the matrix metalloproteinase 3 promoter. TCF20 is thought to be a transcriptional coactivator, enhancing the activity of transcription factors such as JUN and SP1. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants of TCF20. Other Names: Transcription factor 20, TCF-20, Nuclear factor SPBP, Protein AR1, Stromelysin-1 PDGF-responsive element-binding protein, SPRE-binding protein, KIAA0292, SPBP, AR1 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human TCF20. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extracts fromA) mouse thymus; B) human HeLa; C) human Jurkat; using anti-TCF20 (N) (R2025-1) at RT for 2 h. |
