R2813-2 - NUMA1 (C) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 238 kDa Uniprot ID: Q14980 Background: Nuclear mitotic apparatus protein 1 (NUMA1) is a highly abundant component of the nuclear matrix where it may serve a non-mitotic structural role, occupies the majority if the nuclear volume. NUMA1 is required for maintenance and establishment of the mitotic spindle poles, functioning as a tether linking bulk microtubules of the spindle to centrosomes. NUMA1 may also be involved in coordination of the alignment of the mitotic spindle to the cellular polarity axis, which is a prerequisite for asymmetric cell divisions. Other Names: Nuclear mitotic apparatus protein 1, NuMA protein, SP-H antigen, NUMA Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human NUMA1. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: A) mouse thymus, B) human Jurkat; using anti-NUMA1 (C) (R2813-2) at RT for 2 h. |
