R3050-1 - FOXK2 (N) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 69 kDa Uniprot ID: Q01167 Background: Forkhead box protein K2 (FOXK2) recognizes the core sequence 5'-TAAACA-3'. FOXK2 binds to NFAT-like motifs (purine-rich) in the IL2 promoter. FOXK2 also binds to HIV-1 long terminal repeat. Additionally, FOXK2 may be involved in both positive and negative regulation of important viral and cellular promoter elements. Other Names: Forkhead box protein K2, Cellular transcription factor ILF-1, FOXK1, Interleukin enhancer-binding factor 1, ILF, ILF1 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human FOXK2. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extracts fromA) mouse thymus, B) human HeLa, C) human Jurkat; using anti-FOXK2 (N) (R3050-1) at RT for 2 h. |
