R0125-1 - SERPINA3 (N) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 48 kDa Uniprot ID: P01011 Background: Alpha-1-antichymotrypsin (SERPINA3) belongs to the serpin family. Although its physiological function is unclear, SERPINA3 can inhibit neutrophil cathepsin G and mast cell chymase, both of which can convert angiotensin-1 to the active angiotensin-2. Other Names: Alpha-1-antichymotrypsin, Cell growth-inhibiting gene 24/25 protein, Serpin A3, ACT, AACT Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human SERPINA3. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: ![]() from A) human HeLa, B) human Jurkat; using anti-SERPINA3 (C1) (R0125-1) at RT for 2 h. |
