Background:

ETS-related transcription factor ELF4 is a transcriptional activator for the hematopoietic growth factor genes (CSF2, IL3, IL8) and the bovine lysozyme genes.  ELF4 is also involved in natural killer cell development and function, innate immunity, and induction of cell cycle arrest in naïve CD8+ cells.  ELF4 is abundantly expressed in placenta and in many myeloid leukemia cell lines.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of mouse ELF4. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:

Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN₃. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt.
