Background:

ICOS ligand (ICOSLG) is a single-pass type I membrane protein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily and the BTN/MOG family. ICOSLG is a ligand for the T-cell-specific cell surface receptor ICOS. ICOSLG acts as a costimulatory signal for T-cell proliferation and cytokine secretion; ICOSLG induces also B-cell proliferation and differentiation into plasma cells. ICOSLG could play an important role in mediating local tissue responses to inflammatory conditions, as well as in modulating the secondary immune response by co-stimulating memory T-cell function.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human ICOSLG. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:

Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN₃. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt.
