Background:

Protein arginine methyltransferase 10 (PRMT10) belongs to the protein arginine N-methyltransferase family, which consists of eleven different PRMT proteins.  PRMTs regulate various cellular process such as DNA repair and transcription, RNA processing, signal transduction, and nucleo-cytoplasmic localization.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human PRMT10. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
