R1748-1 - NR0B1 (N) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 52 kDa Uniprot ID: P51843 Background: Nuclear receptor subfamily 0 group B member 1 (NR0B1) is an orphan nuclear receptor belonging to the nuclear hormone receptor family and the NR0 subfamily. NR0B1 is a component of a cascade required for the development of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal-gonadal axis. NR0B1 acts as a coregulatory protein that inhibits the transcriptional activity of other nuclear receptors through heterodimeric interactions. NR0B1 may also have a role in the development of the embryo and in the maintenance of embryonic stem cell pluripotency. Other Names: Nuclear receptor subfamily 0 group B member 1, DSS-AHC critical region on the X chromosome protein 1, Nuclear receptor DAX-1, AHC, DAX1 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human NR0B1. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:3,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extractsfrom human Jurkat; using anti-NR0B1 (N) (R1748-1) at RT for 2 h. |
