R2151-1 - TMK1/2/3/4 (C1) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 97-102 kDa Uniprot ID: C0LGN6 Background: TRANSMEMBRANE KINASE (TMK) is a family of receptor-like transmembrane protein kinases. TMK family is composed of 4 members: TMK1, TMK2, TMK3 and TMK4. TMK is involved in protein phosphorylation and signal transduction. TNK proteins have ATP binding and protein serine/threonine kinase activities. Other Names: Probable receptor protein kinase TMK, LRR-RLK, Leucine-rich repeat receptor-like protein kinase Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of arabidopsis thaliana TMK4 (At3g23750), which is highly conserved among all 4 family members. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Arabidopsis thaliana Tested Applications: WB: 1:500-1:2,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extractsfrom wild type arabidopsis leaves, using anti-TMK1/2/3/4 (C1) (R2151-1) at RT for 2 h. |
