Background:

Synaptotagmin-like protein 4 (SYTL4) modulates exocytosis of dense-core granules and secretion of hormones in the pancreas and the pituitary. SYTL4 interacts with vesicles containing negatively charged phospholipids in a Ca²⁺-independent manner.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing N-terminal region of human SYTL4. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
