Background:

RANK is a receptor for TNFSF11/RANKL/TRANCE/OPGL; essential for RANKL-mediated osteoclastogenesis. RANK is involved in the regulation of interactions between T-cells and dendritic cells.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human RANK. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
