R2394-1 - FNBP1 (N) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 71 kDa Uniprot ID: Q96RU3 Background: Formin-binding protein 1 (FNBP1) may act as a link between RND2 signaling and regulation of the actin cytoskeleton. FNBP1 is required to coordinate membrane tubulation with reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton during the late stage of clathrin-mediated endocytosis. It binds to lipids such as phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate and phosphatidylserine and promotes membrane invagination and the formation of tubules. The translocation t(9;11)(q34;q23) with KMT2A/MLL1 involves FNBP1 and is found in acute leukemias. Other Names: Formin-binding protein 1, Formin-binding protein 17, hFBP17, FBP17, KIAA0554 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing N-terminal region of human FNBP1. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:500-1:2,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extracts fromA) mouse brain; B) mouse thymus; C) human HeLa; D) human Jurkat, using anti-FNBP1 (N) (R2394-1) at RT for 2 h. |
