R1315-1 - TRAF1 (N) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted | Observed MW: 46 kDa Uniprot ID: Q13077 Background: TNF receptor-associated factor 1 (TRAF1) is an adapter molecule that regulates the activation of NF-kappa-B and JNK. TRAF1 plays a role in the regulation of cell survival and apoptosis. The heterotrimer formed by TRAF1 and TRAF2 is part of a E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex that promotes ubiquitination of target proteins, such as MAP3K14. The TRAF1/TRAF2 complex recruits the antiapoptotic E3 protein-ubiquitin ligases BIRC2 and BIRC3 to TNFRSF1B/TNFR2. Other Names: TNF receptor-associated factor 1, Epstein-Barr virus-induced protein 6, EBI6 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human TRAF1. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:500-1:2,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extracts fromA) mouse brain, B) mouse thymus, C) human HeLa, D) human Jurkat; using anti-TRAF1 (N) (R1315-1) at RT for 2 h. |
