Background:

Nuclear factor of activated T-cells, cytoplasmic 3 (NFATC3) acts as a regulator of transcriptional activation. NFATC3 plays a role in the inducible expression of cytokine genes in T-cells, especially in the induction of the IL-2.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human NFATC3. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:
