Background:

Zinc finger protein ZIC 5 belongs to the GLI C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. ZIC5 is essential for neural crest development, converting cells from an epidermal fate to a neural crest cell fate, and it also binds to DNA.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human ZIC5. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
