Product Introduction:

vPair^TM antibodies represent a pair of fully characterized antibodies that recognize two different regions of a target protein. Background:

ELL2 belongs to the ELL/occludin family. ELL2 is an elongation factor that can increase the catalytic rate of RNA polymerase II transcription by suppressing transient pausing by the polymerase at multiple sites along the DNA. ELL2 interacts with EAF1 and EAF2.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing 2 distinct C-terminal regions of human ELL2. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
