R3433-1 - ZNF143 (N) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 69 I 80 kDa Uniprot ID: P52747 Background: Zinc finger protein 143 (ZNF143) is a transcriptional activator. It activates the gene for selenocysteine tRNA (tRNAsec). ZNF143 binds to the SPH motif of small nuclear RNA (snRNA) gene promoters, and participates in efficient U6 RNA polymerase III transcription via its interaction with CHD8. Other Names: Zinc finger protein 143, SPH-binding factor, Selenocysteine tRNA gene transcription-activating factor, hStaf, SBF, STAF Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human ZNF143. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:500-1:2,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: extracts from mouse thymus; using anti-ZNF143 (N) (R3433-1) at RT for 2 h. |
