Background:

Zinc finger protein 143 (ZNF143) is a transcriptional activator. It activates the gene for selenocysteine tRNA (tRNAsec). ZNF143 binds to the SPH motif of small nuclear RNA (snRNA) gene promoters, and participates in efficient U6 RNA polymerase III transcription via its interaction with CHD8.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human ZNF143. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
