R3396-3 - EIN2 (N1) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 141 I 110 kDa Uniprot ID: Q9S814
Background: ETHYLENE INSENSITIVE 2 (EIN2) is a central factor in signaling pathways regulated by ethylene (ET), and is involved in various processes including development, plant defense, senescence, nucleotide sugar flux, and tropisms. EIN2 is necessary for ethylene-mediated gene regulation, and for the induction of some genes by ozone. EIN2 acts downstream of ET receptors, and upstream of ethylene regulated transcription factors. EIN2 is required for cytokinin-mediated processes. EIN2 is also implicated in cross-talk between ET, jasmonate and other pathways. Other Names: Ethylene-insensitive protein 2, AtEIN2, EIN-2, Cytokinin-resistant protein AtCKR1, CKR1, ATEIN2, CYTOKININ RESISTANT 1, ENHANCED RESPONSE TO ABA3, ERA3, ETHYLENE INSENSITIVE 2, ORE2, ORE3, ORESARA 2, ORESARA 3, PIR2 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of arabidopsis thaliana EIN2 (AT5G03280). Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Arabidopsis thaliana Tested Applications: WB: 1:500-1:2,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications.
