Background:

IFI204 inhibits the transcription of ribosomal RNA.  IFI204 also inhibits cell growth via p53/TP53 and RB1-dependent and independent pathways. IFI204 acts as a coactivator of RUNX2 during osteogenesis. IFI204 may be involved in macrophage differentiation. In addition, IFI204 enables skeletal muscle and cardiac myocyte differentiation by sequestring Id proteins in the cytosol and promoting their ubiquitination and subsequent degradation.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-teminal region of mouse IFI204. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:

Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt.
