Background:

Zinc finger protein HELIOS is also known as Ikaros family zinc finger protein 2 (IKZF2), which is a member of the Ikaros family of zinc-finger proteins. Three members of this protein family (Ikaros,Aiolos and Helios) are hematopoietic-specific transcription factors involved in the regulation of lymphocyte development. HELIOS forms homo- or hetero-dimers with other Ikaros family members, and is thought to function predominantly in early hematopoietic development.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of mouse HELIOS.  Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. 

Storage Buffer and Condition:

Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN₃. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt.
