Background:

WNT2 belongs to the WNT family, which is a ligand for members of the frizzled family of seven transmembrane receptors. WNT2 is a signaling molecule which affects the development of discrete regions of tissues, and Is likely to signal over only few cell diameters. WNT2 is involved in developmental regulation.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of mouse WNT2. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
