R0347-1 - LEF1 (N) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted M.W.: 44 kDa Uniprot ID: P27782
Background: Lymphoid enhancer-binding factor 1 (LEF1) is a transcription factor belonging to a family of proteins that share homology with the high mobility group protein-1. LEF1 can bind to a functionally important site in the T-cell receptor-alpha enhancer, thereby conferring maximal enhancer activity. LEF1 is involved in the Wnt signaling pathway, and it may function in hair cell differentiation and follicle morphogenesis. Mutations in LEF1 have been found in somatic sebaceous tumors. This gene has also been linked to other cancers, including androgen-independent prostate cancer. Other Names: Lymphoid enhancer-binding factor 1, LEF-1, Lef1, Lef-1 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of mouse LEF1. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:5,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications.
