R0883-2 - CUL7 (C) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted M.W.: 191 kDa Uniprot ID: Q14999 Background: Cullin-7 (CUL7) is a component of an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex, which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins. CUL7 interacts with TP53, CUL9, and FBXW8 proteins, and probably plays a role in the degradation of proteins involved in endothelial proliferation and/or differentiation. Defects in this gene are a cause of 3M syndrome type 1. Other Names: Cullin-7, CUL-7, KIAA0076 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human CUL7. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human Tested Applications: WB: 1:1,000-1:5,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications.
