Background:

NGFI-A-binding protein 1 (NAB1) is a nuclear protein that belongs to the NAB family. NAB1 acts as a transcriptional repressor for zinc finger transcription factors EGR1 and EGR2. Homomultimer of NAB1 may interact with EGR1 bound to DNA and mediate transcriptional repression.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human NAB1. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
