R0971-1 - CCR7 (N) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted M.W.: 43 kDa Uniprot ID: P32248
Background: C-C chemokine receptor type 7 (CCR7) is a receptor for the MIP-3-beta chemokine and belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family. CCR7 was identified as a gene induced by the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and is a probable mediator of EBV effects on B-lymphocytes as well as of normal lymphocyte functions. CCR7 is expressed in various lymphoid tissues and activates B and T lymphocytes. It has been shown to control the migration of memory T cells to inflamed tissues, as well as to stimulate dendritic cell maturation. CCR7 is strongly up-regulated in B-cells infected with Epstein-Barr virus and T-cells infected with herpesvirus 6 or 7. Other Names: C-C chemokine receptor type 7, C-C CKR-7, CC-CKR-7, CCR-7, BLR2, CDw197, Epstein-Barr virus-induced G-protein coupled receptor 1, EBI1, EBV-induced G-protein coupled receptor 1, MIP-3 beta receptor, CD197, CMKBR7, EBI1, EVI1 Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the N-terminal region of human CCR7. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human, Mouse Tested Applications: WB: 1:500-1:1,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications.
