Background:

Early B-cell factor 3 (EBF3) is a transcriptional factor that belongs to the COE family. It is a transcriptional activator which recognizes variations of the palindromic sequence 5'-ATTCCCNNGGG AATT-3'. The early B-cell factor (EBF) transcription factors are central regulators of development in several organs. EBF proteins were first identified in B-lymphocytes and olfactory neurons, and they have now been shown to be involved in the development and function of a large number of specialized cells including adipocytes and osteoclasts.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human EBF3. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.

Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN₃. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt.
