R1014-1 - NGF (M) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted I Observed M.W.: 27 I 13.5 kDa Uniprot ID: P01138 Background: Nerve growth factor (NGF) is also known as NGF-beta (NGFB), which is a secreted extracellular ligand for the NTRK1 and NGFR receptors. NGF can activate cellular signaling cascades through these receptor tyrosine kinases to regulate neuronal proliferation, differentiation and survival. NGF is important for the development and maintenance of the sympathetic and sensory nervous systems. Defects in NGF are the cause of hereditary sensory and autonomic neuropathy type 5 (HSAN5). Other Names: Beta-nerve growth factor, Beta-NGF, NGFB Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the middle region of human NGF. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human Tested Applications: WB: 1:500-1:2,000 (detect recombinant protein) Product Data: |
