R0193-4 - LAMA1 (C3) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted | Observed MW: 337 kDa Uniprot ID: P25391 Background: Laminin subunit alpha-1 (LAMA1) is a subunit of laminin, a large basement membrane glycoprotein which is composed of three subunits designated the A, B1, and B2. Laminin binds to cells via a high affinity receptor and is thought to mediate the attachment, migration and organization of cells into tissues during embryonic development by interacting with other extracellular matrix components. Other Names: Laminin subunit alpha-1, LAMA, Laminin A chain, Laminin-1 subunit alpha, Laminin-3 subunit alpha, S-laminin subunit alpha, S-LAM alpha Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human LAMA1. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human Tested Applications: WB: 1:500-1:1,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications.
