Background:

Neuropilin-2 (NRP2) is a single-pass type I membrane protein belonging to the neuropilin family of receptor proteins. NRP2 is a high affinity receptor for semaphorins 3C, 3F, VEGF-165 and VEGF-145 isoforms of VEGF, and the PLGF-2 isoform of PGF. NRP2 may play a role in cardiovascular development, axon guidance, and tumorigenesis. Multiple transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms of NRP2 have been identified.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human NRP2. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.

Storage Buffer and Condition:
