R0579-3b - CYTIP (C2) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
|
Quantity: 100 ul Application: WB Predicted | Observed MW: 40 kDa Uniprot ID: O60759 Background: Cytohesin1 interacting protein (CYTIP) contains 2 leucine zipper domains and a putative C-terminal nuclear targeting signal, but does not have any hydrophobic regions. CYTIP modifies the activation of ARFs by binding to cytohesin-1 (CYTH1) and sequestering CYTH1 in the cytoplasm. CYTIP is expressed weakly in resting NK and T cells. Other Names: Cytohesin-interacting protein, Cytohesin binder and regulator, CYBR, Cytohesin-associated scaffolding protein, CASP, Cytohesin-binding protein HE, Cbp HE, Pleckstrin homology Sec7 and coiled-coil domains-binding protein Source and Purity: Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human CYTIP. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen. Storage Buffer and Condition: Supplied in 1 x PBS (pH 7.4), 100 ug/ml BSA, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% NaN3. Store at -20 °C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt. Species Specificity: Human Tested Applications: WB: 1:500-1:2,000 (detect endogenous protein*) *: The apparent protein size on WB may be different from the calculated M.W. due to modifications. Product Data: Fig 1. Western blot of total cell extracts from human Jurkat, using Ab (R0579-3b) at RT for 2 h. |
