Background:

Transcription regulator protein BACH2 Belongs to the bZIP family and the CNC subfamily. BACH2 is a transcriptional regulator that acts as repressor or activator. BACH2 binds to Maf recognition elements (MARE) and plays important roles in coordinating transcription activation and repression by MAFK.

Source and Purity:

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies were produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein containing the C-terminal region of human BACH2. Antibodies were purified by affinity purification using immunogen.
